The main herb is nirgundi which balances both kapha and vata dosha, supports respiratory health by calming nasal congestion.

Please note when first receiving this product you will need to warm the product to slightly above body temperature (between 98 – 105 degrees) to melt the oil and remix the herbs that have settled to the bottom during storage. We do not recommend heating above 105 degrees.
